Dengan tema "SURA DIRA JAYANINGRAT LEBUR DENING PANGASTUTI " Sura Dira Jayaningrat Lebur Dening Pangastuti berasal dari bahasa Jawa yang jika diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia memiliki arti segala sifat keras hati, picik, angkara murka, hanya bisa dikalahkan dengan kebijaksanaan, kelembutan, dan kesabaran. Selain memiliki arti yang bagus, falsafah Jawa ini juga memiliki makna dan filosofi yang mendalam terkait inspirasi dan motivasi hidup sukses atau berhasil. Secara harfiah, Sura Dira Jayaningrat Lebur Dening Pangastuti bermakna segala keberanian, kekuatan, kejayaan, dan kedudukan akan hancur dengan kebijaksanaan, kesabaran, dan kasih sayang.
Dengan makna tersebut, falsafah Jawa ini mengajak setiap orang untuk menyadari bahwa segala bentuk sikap sombong, angkara murka, dan kezaliman manusia hanya karena kekuatannya, kedudukannya, dan kejayaannya, akan musnah oleh sikap bijaksana, kelembutan, sabar, dan kasih sayang. Untuk meraih keberhasilan dalam membangun kehidupan bersama, kekerasan dan angkara murka harus dibalas dengan sikap penuh kasih sayang dan lemah lembut serta kerendahan hati. Falsafah Jawa ini mengajarkan manusia untuk mengendalikan diri agar tidak reaktif terhadap provokasi. Hal ini sangat penting untuk inspirasi dan motivasi kehidupan yang sukses, yakni hidup yang tidak hanya berhasil melainkan juga diberkati.
