Pengajian yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun sekali tepatnya tanggal 09 Bakdamulud atau Rabiul Akhir dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu bentuk menghormati Simbah Kyai Pahing yang berjasa menyebarkan ajaran Islam di Desa Menggoro. Acara peringatan Haul tersebut diselenggerakan sejak tahun 2013 hingga kini. Beberapa rangkaian acara tersebut antara lain yakni ziarah bersama, mujahadah, selametan, ganti luwur, khataman Al-Qur'an, kirab budaya, dan pengajian akbar.
Pada tahun 2024 ini, acara diselenggarakan pada tanggal Minggu Pon, 13 Oktober 2024 di Dusun Ngabean tepatnya di jalan dusun sekitar makam. Pengajian tersebut menghadirkan penceramah KH Yusuf Khudlori dari Tegalrejo, Kabupaten Magelang. Dimana pada malam hari sebelumnya, dilaksanakan ziarah bersama dan mujahadah di Makam Simbah Kyai Pahing yang dipimpin oleh KH Maemun Zubair, sesepuh Desa Menggoro.
