Tirakatan adalah upacara malam penuh doa dan refleksi, di mana warga berkumpul untuk berdoa, membaca Al-Qur’an, dan melakukan zikir bersama. Upacara ini diikuti oleh seluruh warga Dusun Pare, termasuk tokoh agama, kepala dusun, dan masyarakat setempat, baik pria, wanita, maupun anak-anak. Tirakatan dilaksanakan sebelum hari kemerdekaan Indonesia pada tanggal 16 agustus 2024. Acara ini berlangsung di lapangan KUD Dusun Pare, Desa Danupayan, Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Temanggung. Tirakatan dilakukan sebagai bentuk syukur dan persiapan menyambut hari raya Idul Fitri, serta untuk memperkuat tali silaturahmi antarwarga dan memohon berkah serta ampunan. Selama tirakatan, warga berkumpul di lapangan untuk melaksanakan doa bersama dan membaca Al-Qur’an. Setelah itu, mereka juga melakukan zikir dan diakhiri dengan makan bersama. Acara ini dimulai setelah shalat Isya dan berlangsung hingga larut malam. Tirakatan di Dusun Pare merupakan momen yang penuh makna, yang menggambarkan kekompakan dan kehangatan komunitas setempat dalam merayakan hari yang suci.
